International Fans: Order on eBay
The King of Rohan is first met while infected by the vile sorcery of Wormtongue. His recovery, just like his starting card: No More Despair can help anyone out of the worst situations.
These promo cards were originally released with The Lord of the Rings:Return of the King Deck-Building Game.
The No More Despair starting card is such a perfect fit for Theoden's arc, and the art on this promo looks even better in person than in the listing photos. Slotted it straight into my Rohan deck and it's already saved me a couple of rough early turns.
Wasn't expecting a promo card to change how my Rohan deck plays, but the No More Despair card is genuinely useful for pulling anyone out of a rough spot. Artwork on Theoden looks great too.
Bought this mainly for the King Theoden promo card since he's my favorite character in the books. The art is nice and the card feels sturdy, though I wish the pack came with a couple more promos for the price.
