Explore the DC Deck-Building Game: Rebirth One-Shot Pack 3 — Adam's Vengeance. Learn what's inside, who it's for, and whether this add-on fits your campaign.
Quick answer
The DC Deck-Building Game: Rebirth One-Shot Pack 3 — Adam's Vengeance adds two new playable characters (Zatanna and Shazam!), their standees, Signature cards, and a fresh scenario to insert between normal Rebirth Campaign scenarios. It's a focused add-on for players who want more variety mid-campaign.
What's inside the pack
This one-shot pack includes 2 new playable characters: Zatanna and Shazam. Each comes with a standee and their Signature card, which you unlock during the Rebirth Campaign. The pack also contains a new Scenario that can be played between the normal Scenarios of the campaign, giving you a break from the main story without derailing your progress.
How it fits into the Rebirth Campaign
The scenario in this pack is designed to be inserted between existing Rebirth scenarios. That means you don't need to restart or modify the campaign order—just slot it in when you want a change of pace. The new characters and their Signature cards offer different strategies, which can shake up your usual deck-building approach.
Considerations before buying
This pack is only compatible with the DC Deck-Building Game: Rebirth base game or campaign. If you don't own Rebirth, this add-on won't work on its own. Also, the pack is a one-shot—it's not a full expansion, so expect a limited amount of content (2 characters, 1 scenario). If you're looking for a major campaign expansion, this may feel too short.
How to decide if this pack is for you
- You want more character variety: If you've played through the Rebirth Campaign and want to try new heroes like Zatanna and Shazam, this pack adds two distinct playable characters with their own Signature cards.
- You want a break from the main campaign: The included scenario is designed to be played between normal scenarios, offering a side quest that doesn't disrupt campaign progression. Check that your group is open to pausing the main story for a one-off scenario.
- You already own the Rebirth base game: This pack requires the DC Deck-Building Game: Rebirth to play. Without it, the characters and scenario have no use. If you don't own Rebirth, skip this pack and start with the base game first.
